May The Force Be With You, Motherf*cker! ‘Star Wars’ Reimagined As A Tarantino Film (Video)

A young movie fan created a ‘Star Wars’ trailer influenced by Quentin Tarantino’s aesthetic. The result? The best ‘Star Wars’ trailer ever.

Aside from his name in the beginning, spotting a Quentin Tarantino film is a little more than obvious.

Whether it be the cast, the upbeat music set to not-so-upbeat situations, the clever one-liners or the epic fight scenes, you always know his style when you see it. These qualities are apparent in films like “Kill Bill,” “Pulp Fiction” and “Django Unchained.”

So, what would George Lucas’ classic “Star Wars” franchise be like if they were originally directed by Tarantino? YouTube user Bobby Burns does a pretty awesome job at bringing this impossible theory to life.

One things for sure, Tarantino’s version of “Star Wars” would’ve been way more sick and twisted.

Can I please ask why this is on GMP? This site has an excellent focus, a broad range of viewpoints, and a fairly balanced message, all of which are very difficult to find these days. That much-needed focus is getting cluttered with some frequency lately (“22 Movies That Many Guys Love,” “Facts You Didn’t Know About the ‘Star Wars’ Movies,” etc.), and I can’t say that I like it at all. Every third site on the internet has pieces like this; GMP is the only one that gave it time alongside well-written articles of real value. “The Conversation No One Else Is Having”? Try harder to keep it that way.
