About Benito Vila
Benito Vila left his New York City-based design firm in 2001 to raise his two children in Sag Harbor (on the east end of Long Island), leading him into the world of class moms and after-school activities.
In that time, he has applied his business acumen and personal passions to a varied set of community-based projects, from heading the local Little League and developing an annual wintertime fireworks extravaganza to writing weekly columns for The Sag Harbor Express and launching the paper’s magazine group.
