About Jolon McNeil
Jolon McNeil is the Founder and Principal Consultant for the McNeil Education Group, a firm that specializing in assisting school leaders and developers to create school policies and practices that are responsive to the needs of the communities they serve. Ms. McNeil has spent 14 years in both the education and juvenile justice field as an advocate for young people, pushing for safe, supportive systems that work for all youth. She has been a teacher and school leader in New Orleans, Washington, DC, Boston and Philadelphia in both the traditional public and charter schools. In addition to working with educators through workshops and personal coaching, she enjoys creative writing and traveling.
