About Lana Rakhman
Lana Rakhman was born in Kiev, Ukraine. She immigrated with her parents when she was 5 years old, and has been living in Chicago ever since. She received her BA in English from the University of Illinois at Chicago, and her MFA in Creative Writing from Northwestern University. She is a former poetry editor at TriQuarterly. She loves to write (obviously), and she also loves to teach. She currently teaches college English.
