Is Your Beard Robbing You of Smooches? [Sponsored]

Gillette produced the above documentary to find out for sure. They consulted celebrity stylists, authors, barbers and behavior scientists to determine if the current trend of bearded hipsters and scruffy Don Juans is actually hurting men’s chances of scoring a wet one. Did you know that nearly 1 in 3 women have avoided kissing a guy because he had facial hair?

Check out kissandtellus.com for more stats, and let us know in the comments whether you think your scruff attracts or repels the finer sex.

  1. Well, don’t kiss those girls, is all I can say. I’m not getting rid of the beard.

  2. wellokaythen says:

Exactly. Try one of the 66% instead of one of the 33%.

    Or, more broadly:

If a woman doesn’t like your beard, and that’s a problem, there are multiple solutions to that problem. Gillette is selling you one solution. Online dating sites are selling you another solution. There are other solutions. Pick the one that is best for you.

  3. I shave not for women, but for myself.

( if women can say this about makeup, why cant we??? lol )

  4. wellokaythen says:

“Men, are your beards robbing you of smooches?”

If that’s a fair question, then it should be equally fair to go the other way and ask:

“Women, are your issues about male facial hair robbing you of smooches?”
