Beautifully said and resonates deeply with me. Thank you for validating the connection between anxiety and anger. In my own life, as I believe in the lives of many other men, anxiety has always been a trigger for (sometimes very) aggressive responses.
Learning to tame the anxiety is the key to fighting anger.
