Does place make a difference in your cup of coffee?
–––
This place is so unpopular and hard to reach, many can’t believe it’s so close to my villa.
A non existent track surrounded by steep slippery cliffs is the access to this unpopular, yet so close, waterfall. The trek to the area, and the overwhelming sense of place, touch the very core of my exploring soul.
While a few miles away, the much taller and popular Bawakaraeng Mountain is frequented by a weekly throng of people due to the mountain’s easy access and wide open track.
The challenge of accessing the place, the overwhelming hand of nature pushing my exploring soul, the pure mountain water accented by forest air…
…That is why all cups of coffee are not created equally.

There are then the special approaches of brewing the beans.
There is no denying the fact that this kind of coffee
is highly beneficial to the environment. New coffee makers are changing the way
people brew their coffee and enjoy a cup, and coffee’s long history has shown it
hasn’t always been so easy to make.
