“Being visible should never leave you feeling vulnerable.”
“Safe in My Hands”, a short film by Allstate that is part of their LGBT campaign made me cry with joy.
Once again, as was the case when Honey Maid turned their hate mail into a beautiful work of art supporting LGBT equality, I’m blown away at the way the world is changing.
I hate to sound like a hippie, but love is it, man. There could never be a bad thing that starts with two people finding love, safety and acceptance in one another. And the companies that lead the way in promoting that value will only reap the benefits.
Thank you, Allstate.
Is your definition of love something like “unselfish loyal and benevolent concern for the good of another”? If it is, and people don’t share the same defintion of ‘good’, love won’t solve the world’s problems. If it’s not, is it something worth promoting?
