Don’t look down.
Man-oh-man. That is one tall tower. A third of a mile up into the sky in fact. But this guy changes it like he does it for a living. Which, of course, he does. But we have to ask—why is it the norm for the most dangerous jobs to be done by men?

Men simply tend to take more risks. Why was a man selected? Maybe because women didn’t apply for the job?
Generally, high risk jobs pay more. Truck drivers who haul toxic waste or highly flammable materials are paid more because of the risk
Not just men but men who arent exactly rich. Although, there is that “women and children first” mentality, when I think men and women are equally afraid of death. This has to do with the idea that women are the primary care-givers and if someone has to die, its better for a child to lose his or her father, which I don´t think is true. Losing either parent must be horrifying. I guess someone has to do the high-risk jobs. Its not just who applies for the job but who gets selected.
