Easy Snap 20 Minute Meat Loaf
Meat Loaf
- 3/4 lb ground beef (or ground turkey)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1 tbls. pepper
- 1 tbls. dry onion flakes
- 1 egg slightly beaten
- 1/3 c bread crumbs
- 1/2 c of tomato sauce
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
Combine all ingredients. Shape into 4 oval loaves and bake for 15 -18 minutes at 400 degrees (depending on your oven) in 13 x 9 baking pan. Spray pan (unless using non-stick baking pan) with cooking spray for ease of removal.
Sauce
- 1 tbls. brown sugar
- 2 tsp. parsley flakes
- 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 3/4 to 1 cup tomato sauce
Prepare sauce by combining sauce ingredients mixing thoroughly.
Pour sauce over meatloaf after baking and bake for additional 5 minutes to allow sauce to flavor.
