Big Toe: Cerebrum, to reduce mental stress and the neck.
Middle Toe: Front Sinus, relieves sinus congestion almost immediately.
Inside of foot, before the arch: Stomach, Assists in weight management.
Outside of foot under the small toe to assist health of lungs and heart.
Middle of the bottom of the foot for kidney, and spleen health.
In the arch under the foot, Ueter and colon health.
Further to the heel on the inside part of the foot helps the bladder.
Rubbing the heel helps the Gonad.
And the very back of the heel of the foot helps reduce mental stress and you sciatic nerve.

I really can appreciate this infograph. I feel it represents my foot pain perfectly. I have seen orthopedics and been to therapy, but I will have to look into acupressure treatment.
I run a lot of marathons and train year round for them. Taking care of your feet is a huge part of success. I think people underestimate the value of a good foot massage and treatment. I would certainly recommend it if you are having any sort of problems.
