Exercise and good nutrition are fundamental aspects of any healthy lifestyle.

Whether you want to get into great shape to have more energy, set a good example to your children, or you just to feel good (who doesn’t), getting started can be problematic.
The amount of information available regarding exercise and nutrition is overwhelming. When people are contemplating embarking upon a new healthy-lifestyle endeavour, rather than struggling to find advice, they are presented with too much information, much of which is contradictory.
Infographics are a great way to display information in a format that can be quickly digested. This great infographic, based on the Kickstart 2015 ebook from Monster Supplements, contains a summary of the book’s content and has some excellent tips on getting fit and healthy. Both the book and infographic also feature workouts that can be done at home or at the gym.
Whether you are motivated to get fit for the benefit for yourself, or for your loved ones; the most difficult aspect of adopting any new regime is getting started and setting aside a regular time slot for your new activity. Even if you make just one small change, such as showing appreciation for the food you eat, it’s a positive start for both body and spirit. As the infographic suggests, set specific goals based on the outcomes and changes you want to see, and process goals based on the actual activities you will undertake to achieve those outcomes.

Can’t read the infographic. Far too small.
