To many more people this would be a small insignifiant plant barely worth a second glance.
To the hunter gatherer though — this plant shouts sustenance.
For this is flowering wild watercress — one of nature’s delicacies.
The perfect place to nibble this wayside green is by the bubbling stream in which it grows.
