We bet the surgeons enjoyed the work environment a little more, too.

Anthony Kulkamp Dias was just 33 years old when he began stammering and was unable to pronounce the name of his car. Doctors discovered a life-threatening brain tumor. And 15 days later, Dias’ son Emmanuel was born.
The operation to remove the tumor was “challenging”, and the doctors wanted to keep Anthony awake so that they could monitor the areas of the brain relating to speech and motor co-ordination and ensure they were not damaged when the tumor was removed. So Anthony, who had been a professional guitarist for the past 20 years as well as a bank worker—played the guitar while the doctors removed the tumor during a nine-hour procedure. Along with The Beatle’s “Yesterday”, he also played Brazilian Folk songs.
He was due to be released after 90% of the tumor was removed.
