Since debuting in the WWE back in 2002, the 15-time World Champion John Cena has done an incredible amount of charity work.
The professional wrestler holds the title within Make-a-Wish Foundation (A foundation that helps granting wishes to children with life-threatening illness) for the most wishes granted by a single individual, with over 450 wishes.
