Your story may change a life, beginning with your own.
___
What is your story about Mental Health? One of the most powerful things that you can do is share your story. What has left you broken will make you stronger when you persist. When you learn something through experience, it can support a powerful change for someone else.
It’s not just what other people see in you, it’s what you see in yourself.
In the Good Men Project Health and Wellness section, we want to hear from you.
- What helps you to cope and even thrive despite your experience?
- What has your mental illness taught you about life?
- What keeps you going and helps you to maintain a healthy outlook?
- What advice do you have for others who may face the same thing?
These are just a few questions that we want you to write about. You can just choose one and tackle it. You don’t have to be YODA to write here, just be passionate about wellness and health. You have things that you can share with The Good Men Project, and we want to hear what you have to say.
When you’re ready to submit, click the red box, below.

The Good Men Project is different from most media companies. We are a “participatory media company”—which means we don’t just have content you read and share and comment on but it means we have multiple ways you can actively be a part of the conversation. As you become a deeper part of the conversation—The Conversation No One Else is Having (TM)—you will learn all of the ways we support our Writers’ Community—community FB groups, weekly conference calls, classes in writing, editing platform building and How to Create Social Change.
