Starting a men’s group was the most insightful and powerful thing I have ever done to question, challenge and understand myself as a man.
–––
I didn’t know how to begin, I just gave it a go—3 years and 38 meetings later, I created this guide so you could take my learnings and do it yourself.
By journeying, monthly, through the shared challenges of life with men from 16 to 85, all backgrounds and creeds, holding each other to account, falling over, getting back up, succeeding and stretching ourselves – I’ve shared in fatherhood, divorce, losing and gaining loved ones, career failure and success, retirement, adultery, fitness triumphs and substance issues, travel, thrilling adventure and changing the world. I feel honored beyond words.
Gather your fellow men, start your fire – let your illusion of separateness disappear.

37 years! Wow 🙂 I can easily see how that’s doable. Why wouldn’t I want to sit around with friends old and new, hear what’s going on in their lives and get a bit of perspective for myself? Thanks for the comment Jed.
