So many opportunities to connect. What if you took just one?

In his short film A Thousand Words, Director Ted Chung tells a wonderful little story about the agonizing moment in which a man decides to let an opportunity to connect with a woman pass. This masterful five minute short film perfectly captures the tiny gestures and acknowledgements that pass even between strangers.
The man portrayed here is tender, thoughtful and careful not to intrude. A version of manhood that is both pleasurable and agonizing to watch play out. And then, as is so often the case, the moment passes and the woman exits the stage.
Then, something unexpected happens. (Not click bait unexpected. Good filmmaking unexpected.) This is high romance stuff. The title will provide a hint.
