Take a look at this list of very recognizable people and their sleeping habits. Given the amount of research into how much sleep we need and what happens when we don’t get enough, you have to wonder…how did these guys (and Ms. Thatcher) do what they did?

Davinci and Edison have very interesting sleeping schedules. I wonder how that worked for them. I’ve heard of doing that before, but it seems a little off to me. I like the regular 8 hours of sleep a day!
