Techy Valentine’s gifts for yourself and your lover – we’re betting on the hug shirt over the keyboard pants.

Just saw a post from Interesting Engineering on Facebook, “Ten Technological Gadgets.” One gadget is a shirt with sensors that allow for the wearer to give themselves a hug and in so doing stimulate the hug sensors in another wearer at a distance. Who thinks of this stuff? What a great Valentine’s Day gift, the capacity to give a loved one a hug when they aren’t present. What better way to communicate “I love you, miss you, wish you were here.”
Mixing business and pleasure has never been so literal.

As for the key board pants, one look at this product featuring a useable computer key board splayed across a young man’s crouch, quickly gives rise to how men could use this product, when missing a loved one. For some men these jeans might quickly take on a fashionable thread-bare tattered look. Or as one commenter on this article says, “Mixing business and pleasure has never been so literal.”
The hug shirt could be a great night shirt for long distance lovers keeping the spark alive via Face Time and Skype. I think the key board pants will sell, but the hug shirts are more likely to sell your lover on the notion that when you say “Be Mine” on Valentines Day, you mean it.
The author of this post has no financial interest in hug shirts or keyboard pants.
