Raise your hand if you love waking up in the morning! Anyone? Yeah, me neither.
If you’re like most people, your hand is not enthusiastically waving in the air.
You don’t jump around with glee when the alarm clock goes off.
The idea of getting out of bed is not exciting, no matter how many affirmations you repeat to yourself.
This video from BuzzFeed has a different take on getting up. Yes, it advises more sleep (with some rather scary reasons why you need it), but it also has a few simple suggestions that might help getting up at at ’em a little easier…once you can stop hitting the snooze button 12 times.
Am I the only one who does that?
