Steve O’Neill proposes that we start doing things in a world that tells us not to.
I’ve been noticing signs with rules everywhere. Nearly all of which inform us of what we can’t do.
But what about all of the cool stuff we can do? Like…
Laugh like a kid (especially when you are in front of other people),
Smile,
Sing (even if you think you have a terrible voice),
Cry,
Dance (even if you don’t know how),
Make mistakes,
Tell your friends and family how much they mean to you,
Be pissed off,
Pee your pants (hey, it can happen if you laugh too hard),
Scream when you’re upset,
High five a coworker (or perfect stranger),
Say “I love you”,
Be politically incorrect,
Have sex,
Succeed at anything you attempt,
Dream,
Ask “stupid” questions,
Live like it’s your last day on earth,
Jump in puddles,
Hug your friends,
Be “emotional”,
Breath,
Kiss your husband or wife,
Encourage your children,
Play in the mud,
Relax,
Appreciate everything you have (even if it’s not the “best” or the “nicest”),
Yell out battle cries in crowded areas,
Be happy with who you are (your looks, weight, smile, butt, interests, beliefs, passions),
Think,
Be confident,
Voice your opinion,
Chase down a dream (especially if everyone thinks you’re crazy for it),
Feel attractive,
Exercise,
Slow down,
Talk in a British accent,
Eat healthy,
Give a compliment,
Be passionate,
Quit your job,
Travel,
Start your own business,
and of course…
Do your thing friend… be you.

Love the sign. Did you see Vanilla Ice in the Kraft Mac& Cheese commercial?
