Beatles’ Ringtones = iTunes Gold

Jamie Reidy offers his own suggestion for a Beatles #1 hit ringtone.

The LATimes.com’s Randy Lewis provides some brilliantly appropriate telephonic uses for Fab Four titles.

Beatles fans can now set their cellphones to alert them to incoming calls with “Hello Goodbye,” take a call from IT support with “Help!” or signal a call from an angry partner with “We Can Work It Out” as the Fab Four’s music has become available for the first time as cellphone ring tones

In that spirit, I’ll add “Love Me Do” for a booty caller.

What would you add?

Thank you for pointing this out. I am a big Beatles Fan myself and agree that many of their songs are great for not only ringtones but for other every day situations.

“Come together”. Now that I think of it, I would probably even use it as a ringback tone. Hopefully ECT carries that tune :) That riff is just… perfect.
“Love Me DO” is a great song but it would drive me crazy after a couple of weeks, I think. Older Beatles are good to hear once in a while, whereas from “Revolver” on they just crafted perfect songs, not very nice pop songs only. Just my two cents!

Wow, Jay, how many booty calls are you getting per week??? Write a book, man, and help a brother out!
