Comedian and actor Jon Lovitz took to Twitter in an attempt to elicit some social media justice to three 14 year-old girls who were allegedly bullying his friend’s daughter and defacing her home with anti-semitic graffiti. According to ABC News, the teens were driven to Lovitz’s friend’s home by one of the teen’s mother.
According to Huffington Post:
Comedian Jon Lovitz toasted the power of Twitter Tuesday after his twitpics led to the suspension of three teen bullies from a middle school in Northridge, Calif.
Lovitz had taken up the cause of a childhood friend and his daughter, who found anti-semitic graffiti and feces on their doorstep when they woke up on Tuesday, Apr. 3.
The teen daughter of his friend is the grand daughter of a Holocaust survivor.
Lovitz tweeted an update Tuesday, letting his followers know that the three bullies were permanently expelled.
What do you think, did Jon Lovitz take things too far considering these are minors? Or, is he a hero for standing up against anti-semitism?
And what should happen to the mother of the teens who allegedly drove the girls?

I think Lovitz was right to do what he did, personally. The bullies weren’t simply shouting names, or gossiping negatively. They took things to a completely unacceptable level when they defaced a home with anti-semitic slurs.
As for the mother, well I’m not exactly how it all works out legally, but she should definitely be held responsible for her actions as well…maybe fined or something. Is there such a crime as accessory to destroying someone’s property?
The mother should be arrested and charged with endangerment of a minor.
I thought we beat these guys in WWII?
Like wtf?
Call the cops and round up these maroons. We have laws for a reason let’s use them. As for calling out these scum, well, isn’t that what one is supposed to do? Kids or not, some things are just beyond the pale.
See the response to Trayvon’s killing? When the authorities fail to do what they’re supposed to do, the response to such an injustice is to speak out. Hold the scum to account and make them pay (if nothing else, may them pay in bad press. Not everyone is in the business).
Evil wins if good people do nothing.
Therefore, do something.

No. I think their parents went too far in failing to teach them how to be human beings.
Minors they may be today, but tomorrow they will be all grown up and still just as diseased. Lovitz did us all a big favor.
Jon Lovitz is my new hero!
Jon did the right thing in exposing these people.
The adult involved in this crime is one sick beeotch.
Imagine, we have these kinds of people raising children? Scary.
We need to take this kind of action when it comes to hate crimes, they should NEVER be tolerated.
Never forget……..
I wish I had Jon Lovtiz on my side when I had to deal with my childhood anti-Semitic bullies.
