Jamie Reidy gushes with fanboy fervor after Eytan Oren comments on a blog Jamie wrote about him and his band yesterday.

I mention music a lot in my blogs. I’ve provided my “Top 10 Opening Chords…” for guitar, piano and bass. None of the members of those 30 rock acts have reached out to me. I’ve referred to Bono, Bruce Springsteen, and Justin Bieber. But none of those gentlemen has taken the time to post a comment on the Good Feed Blog.

You always remember your first.

Yesterday, I posted some commentary on a video by a band unknown to me: Eytan and The Embassy.

Today, the eponymous Eytan commented on my commentary:

I thank him for the correction. I am quite sure the nice people at Record Setter are really fucking sick of losers like me who just assume every record is a Guinness Book of World Records record. My sincere apologies.

And my even sincere-r thanks to Eytan for taking the time to comment. What a neat thing to do. I just love that guy.

And if I’m ever in need of aid in a foreign country, I’m definitely looking for his Embassy.
