Video: Protest of General Mills for Supporting Same-Sex Marriage Goes Terribly Wrong

Guy tries to protest General Mills’ advocating for same-sex marriage by torching a box of Cheerios.

Maybe he should’ve checked the weather report?

Gives a new meaning to the term “flaming”…

Thank you, Michael Rowe, for sharing this!

Why are so many determined to prove Warhol right? Irony or Kismet?

There are wedding cakes – chicken products – now Cherios are flaming out? What’s Heinz position, and are snickers safe, beyond nut allergy?

“Dear Exodus International, your program doesn’t work. I would like my money back, please. And enclosed, please find a bill for the cost of my pink dress shirt from the Rochester Big & Tall, which I inadvertently set on fire even though I took, and passed, your ‘Barbecue Like A Straight Man 101′ correspondence course. Sincerely, A Disgruntled Ex-Client And You Tube Viral Sensation-In-The-Making.”

This is fake. For one thing, the guy is pretty gay. If he is a closet case, as some have said, I don’t think he’d be wearing a pink shirt. Besides that, the channel that put it up did it in a way of “look at this idiot and laugh at him”. Well, they not only have this video, but they have “unseen footage” of before and after, so how did they get all of that if they didn’t make it themselves?

Christopher – your comments are an abject demonstration of banality.

“For one thing, the guy is pretty …..” – and you have an interesting take on personal aesthetics too! P^)

As for the wearing of Pink – you really do need to get to grips with some Couture History. Pink has been a most manly and masculine colour for millennia – even with Royal connotations and as a sign of power. The modern anti-social convention that Pink is in some way linked to feminine and effeminacy is a recent invention which evidently limits your dress options and style. It is linked to pop hate culture from the 1950′s.

You should just Google “Men In Pink and have a look at the selection – Mike Tyson, Leonardo DiCaprio, George Clooney … and I have even caught glimpses of a number of US Presidents sporting some blushing numbers! See what I mean by men of power! P^)

If you were truly concerned as to Mr Mike Leisner’s sexuality any potential links to sartorial choices, you would have focused upon his footwear. It’s definitely criminal!
