Do you have any evidence that humans have evolved since the end of the last Ice Age?
Is there any evidence that lower brain function has disappeared and is no longer required for our survival? Last I knew, lower brain function still maintained homeostatis, breathing, heart regulation and other autonomous functions required to keep us going as a species (which in part includes sexual desire).
Help me out here Sonia.

The last Ice Age receeded about 10,000 yrs. ago, right? The Human brain has Evolved since then. However, a large percentage of us still process information/decision making the same way. Science is a wonderful Tool in understanding our Behaviour, but it does not explain everything. Choosing to engage another human based “solely” on the Premise of Physical attraction is Lower Brain function. Part of Evolving is the ability to “see” a healthier and life prolonging behaviour, then adopting it. Higher brain function. We all need to practice that.
