How did this impact your life?
—
According to the U.S. Census Bureau, one-third of children in the United States grow up without their biological father. And that is only a statistic in the U.S.
There are certain rites of passage children have with their father –
• Bring your dad to class for Show and Tell
• Father Daughter Dance
• Having “that talk” about sex
• Teaching you to ride a bike or drive a car
— We also want to know—
• If you are a father and grew up without one, have you made choices with your kids to give them a different life?
• Is forgiveness part of the equation?
Any man can be a father, but it takes someone special to be a dad. – Anne Geddes
