Red Sox Fans Are Horrible Fathers

You know, I like to think of personal fandom as a sort of organic experience. A number of different factors influence the teams you become a fan of. It’s different for everyone, and we all develop our own special connections with each team we root for. None of it is forced.

Well, unless you’re a Red Sox fan.

Take a look at this father attempting to brainwash his son into rooting for the Red Sox. The kid wants to be a Yankees fan, but his father won’t let him, making him cry. Want to root for the Bronx Bombers in this guy’s house?

“You’re on your own.”

A week into the baseball season, you can’t blame the little guy for not wanting to root for Boston.

  3. With that headline, you’re off to a good start on dropping your New England fans (readers)!
