Looking forward to transferring your existing physical PSP game collection to the brand new Playstation Vita? Well look forward to pulling out the credit card to purchase those games again. A Sony has announced that the PSP passport program for transferring PSP UMD purchases to digital files usable by the Playstation Vita won't be making it from Japan to the US or Europe. Citing the pricing of PSP games as the main reason for not bring the program over, the move is a bit questionable seeing how some of the users who would have used it would arguably be some of the most hardcore Playstation fans out there. Being one of many things disappointing early adopters of the systen, Sony should be trying to make the transition to the next system as seamless as possible for it's fans.
