Papa’s Kiss

Every day Sara and Damian get to be Cody’s parents is a gift.

Sara Moran writes to The Good Men Project:

This photo says so much about my husband Damian and our youngest son, Cody. Cody was born with a very rare genetic duplication called IDIC15. He’s 3.5 years old and can’t talk and might never be able to. He will also be delayed mentally and physically his whole life and there is no cure. His life expectancy is believed to be much shorter than normal so every day with Cody is a gift to us and a celebration of one more day we get to be Cody’s parents. I thought this photo belonged in your RealFatherhood campaign.
