As boys, many of us dreamed of being Batman or Spiderman, or a star pitcher or blazing lead guitarist. Big dreams. But the adult world gives us mixed messages. We admire those who make it big, while discouraging ourselves and others from taking risks: “Walk away, don’t be a Hero” & “Get a Job.”
What does it mean to be a Hero in 2012? Is there room for Heroes? Are Heroes dangerous? How are you a Hero in your own life? How do you wish you were? What does Hero mean to you? What does Hero mean to women? Do they want heroes? If not, what do they want instead? If you don’t want to be a Hero, what do you want to be?
