Another sad moment turned into a fake nice online souvenir.

Did Facebook change the way you build souvenirs?
Do you experience those moments where friends share nothing with you in person — just stare at their cellphones? And you realize they’re telling the world how much they enjoy that instant on Facebook?
The reality behind that perfect couple on Facebook says it all.
Can someone please explain this sentence to me:
“Do you experience those moments where friends share nothing and stare at their cellphones and you realize they’re saying the world they enjoy the instant very much on Facebook?”
Are there some words missing because I just can’t figure out what it means…
Oh I think it’s supposed to be “…the world they enjoy at tat instant is very much on Facebook” (as opposed to real life).
It’s funny. And sad. Because there’s truth to it.
yep there is a lot of that around just notice it…
I thought this was hilarious. A nice healthy glass of Lighten Up is an excellent addition to one’s daily online diet.
Ok. I like people’s retorts like I like my videos & my country-time lemonade: Not too tart, not too sweet. So I’ll try to watch it again, but with less lemon eyes this time, and not be so sour…
Did it work ?
Thank you Gregory,
for removing that last little tiny fringe of joy & naive optimism that I used to carry around inside my heart, and replacing it with your reassurance that in reality, everyone & everything is always awful & cynical. Give yourself a high-five. “The reality behind that perfect couple” is that it is, of course, a staged video skit; just not a particularly funny one…
