Sutton has a tough decision to make in ‘Feminist Army’
I was impressed by The Bold Type last season. It wasn’t what I expected it to be. So I wasn’t too shocked when I heard it got a second season. This season starts off with some very big changes for Jane, Sutton and Kat. I was able to watch a screener of ‘Feminist Army’ and this is what I thought of it.
You can read the premise for ‘Feminist Army’ here:
Jane is excited to publish her first big piece for Incite, especially since she’s writing about a female CEO she admires, and she knows Jacqueline will be reading it. Sutton is thrown when a new corporate policy seems to give her and Richard the green light on their romance. And Adena grows frustrated when Kat seems too eager to flaunt their burgeoning relationship.
‘Feminist Army’ was a wonderful start for this season. It has that perfect balance of comedy and drama, and some unexpected things occur as the episode progresses. In the end, big decisions get made that will change all of their lives forever. The ending was a true shock, and will have viewers eager to see what happens next.
