The kids learn all about a fun holiday in ‘Do They Know It’s Christmas’
The holiday season is now here, and with it comes holiday episodes of all the big shows. Most of the time these episodes can be quite good, and full of holiday cheer. I have enjoyed Mixed-ish so far, and was excited to hear a holiday episode was coming out. I was able to watch a screener of ‘Do They Know It’s Christmas’ and here is what I thought of it.
You can read the premise for ‘Do They Know It’s Christmas’ here:
Alicia and Paul strive to maintain their winter solstice traditions from the commune, but their parents want to have a more traditional Christmas with the kids. Meanwhile, Alicia’s dad, Lynwood, competes with Harrison to be the kids’ favorite granddad.
The holidays are almost here for this family in ‘Do They Know It’s Christmas’. Normally they celebrate a different holiday, but that may change this year. When the kids learn about Christmas, they think it sounds like a ton of fun. Yet their mom wants to still celebrate their usual holiday. Some clashing between family members occurs, and it isn’t clear which holiday will win. As this episode came to a close though everything seemed to work out just fine.
