‘Luca’ is coming soon to Blu-Ray
Lately I have been lucky to watch some great Disney films. Soul told an amazing story and took viewers to some amazing places. Raya and the Last Dragon followed a girl who was trying to do something drastic and was a blast to watch unfold. When I first watched Luca it was overall a pretty good animated movie. When I heard this film was coming out on Blu-Ray I hoped I might get to watch it again. I was able to get a review copy of this movie and here is what I thought of it.
You can read the plot for Luca here:
A coming-of-age story about a young boy experiencing an unforgettable summer. Luca shares his amazing adventures with his friend Alberto, but their fun is threatened by a deeply held secret: They’re sea monsters from a world below the water’s surface.
It was nice getting to watch this movie again. ‘Our Italian Inspiration’ had the cast and crew telling about how a trip to a small Italian town helped them shape the world this film resided in. ‘Secretly a Sea Monster’ revealed the process of bringing the change for Alberto and Luca from human to sea monster and it was pretty cool to see how it came to be. ‘Best Friends’ had the cast and crew talking about how important friendship was in this movie and along the way how they brought this story to life. There are also some amazing deleted scenes.
Luca arrives on 4K Ultra HD, Blu-Ray, DVD and Digital tomorrow. You can follow this film on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
