Some wild tales get told in ‘Birdman and Chicken’
I have read a fair amount of graphic novels lately. When done right they can take readers on some exciting adventures. When I heard about Birdman and Chicken I was hoping I might get a chance to read it. I was able to get a digital copy of this graphic novel and here is my thoughts on it.
You can read the plot for Birdman and Chicken here:
To the outside world, Dick Lane and Mick Mason look like two average, law-abiding citizens. However, they lead an amazing double life – for when fiendish finks and vile villains step over the line, Dick and Mick strike back as the crime-fighting duo, Birdman and Chicken!
Cowled, caped and equipped with a vast array of crime-busting gadgets, Birdman and Chicken fight back against the likes of The Giggler, Sourpuss, The Puzzler and Father Time – and sometimes they win!
I had fun reading this graphic novel. We see these heroes take on some zany villains, and they didn’t always end up beating them. There is tons of comedy and a few good action packed moments. This might not be a graphic novel for everyone, but some people will enjoy it.
Birdman and Chicken is available now. You can order this book on Amazon.
