‘Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 2’ has this odd team come together again to stop a new threat
I really liked Guardians of the Galaxy. It had an amazing cast, a wonderful soundtrack and did a great job bringing these characters to the big screen. It was a surprise hit for Marvel so naturally a sequel was announced. I was able to see the Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 2 early and here is what I thought of it.

Set to the all-new sonic backdrop of Awesome Mixtape #2, Marvel Studios’ Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 2 continues the team’s adventures as they traverse the outer reaches of the cosmos. The Guardians must fight to keep their newfound family together as they unravel the mystery of Peter Quill’s true parentage.
I liked Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 2, but it didn’t blow me away either. This sequel does a good job introducing a few new characters while expanding on the ones viewers already met in the last movie. The soundtrack is okay, but definitely not as good as the last film. There are a few cool easter eggs to keep an eye out for, and an alright cameo by Stan Lee. There are also some pretty good surprises that I didn’t see coming that did raise this film up a bit for me. Overall not a perfect film, but still a fun sequel. If you want to learn more about Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 2 click on this website.
Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 2 gets 8/10. This is by no means a bad movie, it just isn’t as strong as the first one. The jokes weren’t as funny, and the story takes a while to come into focus. Yet if you were a fan of the first film then this is one you will surely enjoy.
Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 2 comes out tomorrow. You can follow this film on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
