Get some new information about ‘Frozen 2’
It took me a good while to finally watch Frozen. Once I did I was blown away by the story, songs and talented cast. This was one of the most amazing movies I had seen in years. Naturally I wasn’t shocked when a sequel was announced. Even though we have gotten a few trailers for Frozen 2, not much is known about this sequel. At D23 Expo this last weekend they revealed new footage and here is what it tells us about this sequel.
You can read the plot for Frozen 2 here:
Three years after the events of the first film, Elsa starts to hear a strange sound from the north calling her. Together with her sister Anna, Kristoff, Olaf, and Sven, they embark on a new journey beyond their homeland of Arendelle in order to discover the origin of Elsa’s magical powers and save their kingdom.
So much amazing stuff was revealed about Frozen 2 at D23 Expo. For starters we got to hear a clip of the song ‘All is Found’ sung by Queen Iduna (Evan Rachel Wood) to a young Anna and Elsa. We then saw a scene where Anna sings this song to Elsa as an adult to help her get to sleep. Later she awakens to an odd noise calling to her from the north. This led into another song called ‘Into the Unknown’ sung beautifully by Idina Menzel. Then Josh Gad, Idina Menzel, Kristen Bell and Jonathan Groff came out and sang ‘Some Things Never Change’ which sounded absolutely amazing. After learning all this new information I cannot wait to see this movie.
Frozen 2 arrives in theaters November 22nd. You can follow this film on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
