Charlie Brown and friends return in ‘All Tied Up’
I used to love reading the Peanuts comic in the newspaper as a kid. Growing up I also enjoyed some of the animated movies they starred in. The last Peanuts book I read was a lot of fun. So when I heard about All Tied Up I hoped I would get to read it. I was able to get a digital copy of this book and here is what I thought of it.
You can read the plot for All Tied Up here:
This year, Charlie Brown is determined to turn around his bad luck, lead his baseball team to victory, and fly his kite without interference from the dirty rotten kite-eating tree.
While Charlie Brown is all tied up, the rest of the gang doesn’t hold back on having fun. Pig-Pen unexpectedly charms Peppermint Patty at the Valentine’s dance, Marcie and Snoopy run a commercial airline, and Lucy tries her hardest to win Schroeder’s affection. Whether you’re safe on the ground or tangled up in a tree like Charlie Brown, you won’t want to miss the fun in this latest Peanuts for kids adventure.
I had a great time reading this book. The gang went on all kinds of crazy adventures in it. Peppermint Patty seemed to find a boyfriend for a while, and who it ended up being wouldn’t normally be her first choice. Yet they had fun together and they did make each other happy. Marcie and Snoopy decided to try to run a business together, and things went as you would expect them to. If you are a fan of this comic then this is a book you will want to read.
Charlie Brown: All Tied Up is available now. You can order this book on Amazon and at Barnes and Noble.
