Ray Romano returns to the stage in ‘Right Here Around the Corner’
I haven’t watched Everybody Loves Raymond that much. I have seen all the Ice Age movies though, and Ray Romano has been amazing in each one. His brand of comedy is a bit different, yet I do like it. Now he returns with a new stand up special called ‘Right Here Around the Corner’. I was able to watch a screener of this special and this is what I thought of it.
You can read the plot for ‘Right Here Around the Corner’ here:
Performing two sets on the same night – one at Manhattan’s Comedy Cellar and the second at the Village Underground, literally around the corner – Romano advises on choosing friends, surviving marriage, and knowing the difference between being old and not being young.
I had some fun laughs watching ‘Right Here Around the Corner’. I was a bit surprised by some of his jokes, but they did make me laugh. He spoke much about his own life, and it was nice to get a glimpse into what it was like. He proves here that he can still make audiences laugh after all this time. If you like Ray Romano then this is a special you won’t want to miss.
Ray Romano ‘Right Here Around the Corner’ premieres tomorrow on Netflix.
