Liam Neeson’s film ‘The Commuter’ is coming to Blu-Ray
I can’t say I am much of a Liam Neeson fan. He has been in many films, and I have heard some are pretty good. I missed seeing The Commuter in theaters, I heard good things about it though. I was able to get a review copy and this is what I thought of this movie.
You can read the plot for The Commuter here:
Michael’s (Neeson) daily commute home quickly becomes anything but routine. After being contacted by a mysterious stranger (Farmiga), Michael is forced to uncover the identity of a hidden passenger on his train before the last stop. As he works against the clock to solve the puzzle, he realizes a deadly plan is unfolding and is unwittingly caught up in a criminal conspiracy. One that carries life and death stakes, for himself and his fellow passengers.
I wasn’t a fan of The Commuter. The film starts off slow, and was kind of boring at parts. The story is weak, and the plot was not that good. As the story moved along, it got rather predictable and the film felt long too. The ending was alright, but not a huge shock to me. Some people may like this film, but it won’t be for everyone.
