Andreas Englund is one of those rare artists who possess exceptional technical skills and a wonderful narrative sense. His series of paintings focusing on an anonymous superhero tell a wordless story that every aging guy can relate to, from those energetic days of our youth to the aches and pains of old age. What makes his storytelling even more brilliant is that Englund himself is barely middle aged.
