‘The Fate of the Furious’ Takes audiences on a crazy ride
I normally am not a fan of this series. I saw the first The Fast and the Furious movie and honestly didn’t like it that much. So when I heard about The Fate of the Furious coming out I was not that excited to see it. When I got a pass to it though I decided to check it out. This movie was nothing like I expected it to be. I was able to see it early and here is what I thought of it.
You can read the plot for The Fate of the Furious here:
With Dom and Letty married, Brian and Mia retired and the rest of the crew exonerated, the globe-trotting team has found some semblance of a normal life. They soon face an unexpected challenge when a mysterious woman named Cipher forces Dom to betray them all. Now, they must unite to bring home the man who made them a family and stop her from unleashing chaos on a grand scale.
I was quite surprised with The Fate of the Furious. It had a strong plot, stellar action and a great cast. This film takes the series in places it has never gone before. It has some silly moments, but they don’t drag the film down or do any harm to the story. You don’t have to see the other movies in the series to enjoy this one, although there are some moments where it might help you understand the story a bit better. The Fate of the Furious gets 7/10. There aren’t many bad things I can say about this film. It has the perfect balance of comedy, action, drama and some good twists along the way. If you are a fan of the previous movies then this is one you won’t want to miss.
