‘The Hunter’s Prayer’ Wasn’t that good of an action film
I have had the chance to see a lot of films lately. Some of them are really good, others are alright, and some are just not that good. I knew little to nothing about The Hunter’s Prayer going in. Yet I decided to give it a shot. I was able to get a review copy, and here is what I thought of it.
You can read the plot for The Hunter’s Prayer here:
A solitary assassin (Sam Worthington) is hired to murder a teenaged girl (Odeya Rush). When he can’t bring himself to do it, both are marked for death. The pair form an uneasy alliance and flee across Europe, hunted by powerful forces who will stop at nothing to kill them both.
The Hunter’s Prayer was not that good. It starts off slow, and takes a while to make much sense. The characters are not strong, and neither is the story. It was a cookie cutter action movie, and a weak one at that. Some people may like it, but it definitely won’t be for everyone. If you want to learn more about this movie click on this website.
The Hunter’s Prayer is coming to Blu-Ray, DVD and Digital HD August 8th.
