This team tries to help someone out in ‘Rose’

Last time on Titans, it looked like Rachel’s dad was back. He had evil plans for the Earth, and stopping him seemed impossible. Rachel and Gar tried to regroup to find some way to defeat him, but things weren’t looking good. It was only after Rachel freed Dick from Trigon’s grasp that things started to look up. Rachel found a way to beat him and it looked like a new Titans team was forming. Now this team has a run in with a mysterious runaway who needs help in ‘Rose’. I was able to watch a screener of this episode and here is what I thought of it.

You can read the plot for ‘Rose’ here:

Three months after their encounter with Trigon, Dick is hard at work training Rachel, Gar & Jason in Titans Tower. Meanwhile, the rest of our heroes attempt the next phase of their lives. Hank and Dawn retreating to Wyoming, while Donna and Kory are on the move, tracking down a rogue meta-human.  However, this new normal is soon disrupted by old threats from the past and the emergence of a mysterious young runaway.

Training for this new team has begun in ‘Rose’. Jason doesn’t seem too excited about it, but Dick assures him it is for the best. Meanwhile we see Hank and Dawn are trying to get away from the hero life and seem to have found themselves a nice place to live at. Kory and Dawn are doing their own thing trying to take down a powered criminal. All of their plans go up in smoke though once a powerful enemy gets out of prison. When Dick tries to help out a mysterious runaway Jason finds out they are related to a very deadly assassin, which may not bode well for this team.
