So she enlists the help of a guy at school to find one, and hilarity ensues. It has some heartfelt musical moments, and a great message. Love can show up in the strangest of places and the most peculiar of times.
7. 50 First Dates– This is an interesting romantic comedy in the fact that is doesn’t begin as a love story. Harry (Sandler) is a man who loves to sleep with woman who come to visit Hawaii and make sure they have a memorable time. He has never been in love, and certainly has no plans to change that. But one day he meets Lucy( Barrymore) and that all changes. He has to see her again, but she doesn’t remember him. He wrote a letter declaring his devotion, and decides a school party that night is his one and only chance to let her know how he feels about her. This film shows how strong fate can be, but that it won’t do all the work for you. But if you do your part, things will work out better than you could ever expect them to.

The film really is all about how first love can be the last, if you are willing to take the leap. It is a great romantic movie, and one that every couple should see at least once.
These are not the only romantic films out there, but they are some of my favorites. They all have great romantic messages and scenes of true love that you don’t see in films much anymore. They show that love is not dead, and that it is never something you should just give up on. With devotion and a pure heart anything is possible these days when it comes to love. So if you are looking for something to do this Valentine’s Day with your special someone it would be a good idea to watch these films.
