About Andrea Monteath
The director of The Life Writing Project, Andrea aims to instill a love of communication, writing, and critical thinking in her students. She is the author of 'Something to Prove: philosophy, community of inquiry & creative thinking' and writes regularly in areas such as philosophy, politics, religion, and social change. A graduate of Edith Cowan University, she holds a Ph.D. in writing, with a minor in Philosophy and Religion. Andrea lives in Western Australia with her husband, two sons, and a highly suspicious rescue dog.
