About Colby Smith
Colby Smith is a highly-experienced instructor trained and certified in multiple yoga methods, in addition to training in pilates and intense breath work meditation. An avid athlete, Colby has completed two full Ironman competitions and deeply understands the mechanisms and workings of the body, particularly the male body. He teaches weekly Men’s Yoga classes for all levels in his private studio in Lambertville, NJ. He also offers body positive co-ed classes in Lambertville and New York City, as well as retreats throughout the US and abroad. He incorporates many styles and modalities into his teaching, including meditation, breathwork, touch practice and partnering. Colby brings a lighthearted approach to all of his teaching.
