what you’re about to hear in this video
had a tremendous impact on my life over
the last year and has helped me stay
true to myself and my principles in life
I know you might be critical of daily
affirmations but let me explain why I
find them to be so life-changing if you
don’t like it it’s fine but there’s a
chance this will help you more than you
can imagine at the age of 14 I stumbled
upon this really cool book called how to
win friends and influence people and the
book had a tremendous impact on my life
after reading the book I felt
overexcited and began applying those
principles every single day of my life
however as time went by I I simply
forgot everything including what the
book was about then 10 years later at
the age of 24 I accidentally once again
stumbled upon the book and decided to
reread it which made me realize how
quickly we forget even the most
important things in life then I began
thinking why things like that happen and
how I could prevent something like this
from happening again
eventually it hit me that I need to
define my principles in life and repeat
them out loud to myself every single day
so that I would never ever forget them
these are the five minutes that changed
my life today is the first day of the
rest of my life and it is my duty to
make it great this is my life and it’s
ending one minute at a time
I understand how short life is and
that’s why cherish every single moment
of my life and make the most of them I
notice all the little beautiful things
around me and smile whatever the
circumstances I travel not just a plight
but for life not to escape me I travel a
lot to go anywhere but to go my
destination is the journey I believe
that the only way to accomplish my goals
is to drastically prioritize things and
have a laser cheb focus I don’t want to
be on my deathbed someday having
squandered my one chance at life because
it pursuit little distractions instead
of big dreams the main thing is to keep
the main thing
every time I find myself doing things
for the sake of doing I slowed down and
remembered that most things make no
difference…
